Make sure you swing correctly if not it can put a strain on the lower back and especialy the hip becasue it is a sharp motion. Also carrying the golf bag correctly, as some of us can’t afford to pay a golf caddie, is important. Most golf bags have one large strap from end to end so make sure it is on the back diagonally and not just on one shoulder. And when going short distances make sure you switch hands from time to time.
